In reality, for a lot of women, the change they can most struggle with isn't visible; it's psychological and emotional.
I've wanted to host Mother & Baby Groups for years now, but I've never wanted the focus to be on losing weight / looking like an instamom...
Getting back to your previous shape can certainly be a consequence of taking part in a training plan, but I think the true benefits lie elsewhere; simply doing something positive for yourself, meeting other mothers just like you, focusing on moving again, getting stronger and fitter.
You've had a baby in the last year or two or three, take the pressure off of yourself.
Come and train a couple of times per week in a group of Mothers. Take your baby along if you cant arrange a babysitter.
Get back to feeling like you. Have some fun, work up a sweat, get stronger and fitter.
